SEES undergraduate student Cameron Roach has been selected as a recipient of the Geological Society of America North-Central Section Undergraduate Research Grant for his proposal, “Magnetotelluric Survey of the Manchester and Vinton Intrusions for Evidence of Serpentinization.” This award provides financial support for undergraduate students conducting research in the geosciences. Cameron is a member of Assistant Professor Hang Chen’s research group, where he is investigating potential sources of geologic hydrogen in Iowa.
